YWCA Oklahoma City is the only Attorney General certified provider of crisis services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking in Oklahoma County. Crisis services includes any immediate help to individuals experiencing an event producing emotional, mental, physical and behavioral distress. At YWCA Oklahoma City our specially-trained advocates and counselors work with clients who have experienced extreme violence, often by the hands of someone they love and trust.
We provide emergency shelter, forensic exams, counseling, and much more to victims coming to us in their time of need. These crime do not discriminate against gender, sexual orientation, class, race, or religion, and neither do we. Our services are provided free of charge to anyone needing help.
